This new addition to our web site, the provision of an online catalogue facility has been instigated by our commitment to our customers (both new and old). We wanted to be able to provide a visual and technically informative addition to our web site which is accessble 24 hours a day.
The ability to be able to give our customers the opportunity of requesting a quotation (on-line) of products they require, with the re-assurance that they could view pictures and data thus choosing the correct products was of great importance to us. We have tried to include as much information as possible although you will note that we have omitted any mention of costs, the reason for this is due to the constantly changing conditions in the electrical & electronic markets and the fact that we can usually apply discounts (to orders & quotations of any size).
The fact that our business can supply quotations to a world-wide customer base and the ability to provide quotations electronically (via e-mail), we hope will break down all the problems you (our customers) face in trying to source spares and replacements for obsolete equipment, remember we can also quote you for all your electrical & electronic industrial needs.

We can usually reply to all quotation requests within 48 hours, if there is going to be any delays we will inform you when we expect to be able to answer your queries, however we would like you to note that all our quotations are carried out manually by our engineers to ensure that we can give the best prices and services to our customers and occasionally it can take a little longer.
